The Carroll Creek Association is made up of three sections (Carroll Creek, Lakes of Carroll Creek, and Preserves of Carroll Creek), and contains 7 ponds. As you may have noticed, the association is continuing to grow and we currently have approximately 500 homeowners. When the development is completed we will have over 600 homes. Our neighborhood is located near Carroll High School on the northwest side of Fort Wayne, just west of the Allen County Fair Grounds on Lima Road.
The board is charged with administering the maintenance of common grounds that and maintaining architectural control within the neighborhood.

May 10, 11, 12- Neighborhood Garage Sale
May 19 - Community trash pickup (early AM)
May 26 - Pool is now open until Labor Day.
June 23 - Pool party/BBQ from 4pm to 7pm
July 1 - Annual assessment of dues m. ust be recieved
October - Association Meeting 7pm, Eel River Elementary School Cafe
December - Holiday light contest judging.
